    I like the second one assuming you rework the color bar across the top a little bit. The top one has more consistency between those color bars and the ribbon color, and that's what I'm wanting in the second one.

    I think the color are on the right track, they just are of a different tone/value or something.

    Overall it looks good though, I'm excited to see more.

    Thanks all for the feedback. I'm leaning towards the second one myself.

    @Christopher Site is for a kid-oriented product and the rainbow colors are from their logo. Tried to soften them up but I agree that they aren't in the same family. Working through that one now. See previous: http://drbl.in/36263

    Looks great overall — I like the colors on both. Regarding the ribbon, perhaps we've seen enough of those in the past couple years? Another element targeted at kids could work.
