   Once "top" is clicked, the baloon will pop and the page will scroll up to the top.

   What if I click on the balloon? Will it pop and will "top" fall down? :)

   (edit) ... ah, I see now... "Top" is affixed to the page and the balloon is what's holding it in the viewport. Nuke the balloon, and the page will slide down under its own weight... right?

   @Alex Pankratov Haha, now that I think about it, it doesn't make sense what I wrote before. I think what will happen is if you click the "top" link the baloon wil scroll with the page all the way to the top, and then burst once it reaches the top.
