Dribbble - What are you working on?
Jason Lynes - I am working on these Etiquettes for world peace and love of humanity!

Why, Jason, why? It seems you're just grasping for attention.

You have a Dan-Rich complex, trying to introduce rules to a community you didn't create. Let the creators do it, if they want.
Let's do more design and less police work around here, ok?

Dan, of course I was referring to Dan Cederholm and Rich Thornett as Dribbble's Gods (as in 'God complex')

looks like you found a great way to make a lot of enemies.

    [edit]

actually, ironically, you may be single handedly souring the ethos that made this place so great.

I think this series is going to do more to ruin the spirit of the community on this site than help it (noticing a lot more off hand witty comments on people's shots over the past 24 hours, rather than intelligent, thought/change provoking feedback).

This is like watching one of those comedians who keep doing their routine even after the audience has pelted them with cabbage and booing.

Well the only good that can come from all this is Dribbble building in a new Block feature.

that's the funny thing, Mike. it's the same as twitter. no one has to pay attention. this discussion's not happening on *your* shots, it's happening here. if it's BS, move along.

I do have to say that this isn't doing a thing to develop any kind of etiquette around here. It's just another shot.

It's a shame I can't provide any feedback on it because you didn't ask for it...

Let's just ignore this etiquette thing and it will go away, like a bad pimple on a butt cheek.

This is serious guys. Some dudes just broke into my house, pointed their sawed-off shotguns at me and my dog and told me they'd kill us if I didn't visit this Dribbble shot and comment on it.

    Please send help.
