   This time with more realistic colours (dark greys for the d-pad/suggested green for the bottom).

   Nice concept, I totally dig this & I like the contrast between the gray and color, but would consider a teal instead of the green, kinda surgeon's scrubs like, I'm not getting the medical/aid connection enough and then the cross mark gets lost for me...

   I think I like this more; after all, terms wise, surgeon = medical = green being an appropriate colour; calming and fresh. :D

   I also like the dark controller D–Pad, reminds me of old Game Boys. :-)

   Thanks @Iain MacDonald, The only thing that worries me is that the colours are quite Xbox-y and the site is for reviews of all console formats.

   i fully agree with @Matt Macdonald that more teal-ish would help cement the medical/surgeon reference and would solve the too xbox-y problem.
