Don't be alarmed by all the buttons. This is meant for the my administration of submitted themes. I added a few css classes to handle pagination as well as popovers for icon descriptions.

And here's the jump menu version:

The buttons have a clear hierarchy, blue for actions, grey for navigation, and yellow for destuction:

    need more linen
EDIT: I hope you see this, and I think there needs to be some more margin from the left on the list of the clock names.

Yeah yeah yeah, I know ;)
I haven't been able to find any good replacement yet, so I just reused the linen from the Theme Listing.

Hm, I think all those blue buttons is over doing it a little.
Try something simpler, like just grey text links and glyphs that become white when the row is lit up and blue on hover.
Or maybe make the buttons a light grey with no borders?

    Just my opinion :)
You're definitely on the right track though, keep it up!

As mentioned in the first comment, these action buttons would only be seen by me - the only button the user will see is the Edit button :)

But this would work as well

You should add more padding and make it consistent in my opinion.

More padding, removed the old spacing between the buttons. The blue row is mouse-hovered:
