good work...
just my suggestion:
1. the shadow on the clouds is to clean/straight, maybe softer edges are better.
2. the sun with clouds also can be a moon, use the other sun (with sunbeams) for more consistent.
3. I think the contrast Moon to cloud is not enough. A bit darker shadow can help.
4. the rain: maybe is better to cut the long rain(drop) in the middle and change the angle for more dynamic.

Very cute! Also agree the clouds could be a little more white. They look a bit too stormy at the moment. Apart from that they're just gorgeous!
