T-shirt design for BECKON, Inc. offsite

I have designed this to be printed white on color t-shirts. It was for our first Beckon Olympics games! Inspirations are the classic Olympics symbols: 
- Olive Branch for the winner 
- Doves are symbols of peace 
- The torch represents the death and rebirth of the Greek heroes
