There's a total upgrade passed for Navigation Drawer section for Material Design Prototyping kit upcoming update to 1.4:

• Descriptive onboarding and tips, how to use nested Figma components more effective
• Desktop drawer with more variants of expandable configuration
• Iconic sidebar components with few variations of colors
• Mobile material drawer rebuilt with attentive material design specs following
• Most of necessary details rethinked: adding numeric badge, simple counter, additional chevron for onhover expanding feature (especially for web prototypes) and etc.
