Modular Type

Violá! My newest typeface! This is the first iteration in a series of three typographic posters of a modular typeface I built out of six geometric forms. The series aims to use the context of the poster to explore alphabetic form and function, use systems to set conditions and play them out to make design. The goal was to find harmony between the contrasting demands of visual boldness at a distance, and intelligibility up close.
