   I'd like opinions on this if you have time to offer them.
   What do you think about the colors? I was told it's not 'hip' enough by the boss. Although I opted to match this to our site's theme he says it doesn't have to match the site. I disagree and think it should coordinate with the site.

   I think this looks good man!

   I totally agree with you that it should be matched somewhat with the website.

   If your boss doesnt think that its hip enough, ask for more concrete feedback on what he doesnt like, I cant imagine it would be the whole ui?

   I saw that the web uses some beige for header/footer, maybe you coyld try using beige for either the nav bar or the tab bar? just minor ideas, dont know if it would work.

   Overall I like it, clean and clear.

   @Johan Geijer Thanks for the time in writing out your thoughts.

   This is exactly what he told me, "Looks good ... can we maybe make it look more 'hip'? Maybe it's the colors ..." I'm assuming this means more vibrant? Or the color scheme all over is a bad idea.

   I actually tried your suggestion on using the beige header for the tab bar, but it looked odd to me. Maybe I can re-visit that idea and check it again. I did not however try it for the Top bar, but that's because I felt like the beige just isn't 'hip' enough myself =P I dunno I guess I have to sit on it and think a little more.
