Unfortunately I don't have much time for personal projects these days, but I guess this is a good thing, right? I promised to share some insights of the progress of my redesign, which is coming along well but there's still a lot of tweaking ahead :D
Today I finished testing and tweaking media queries for the fullwidth Instagram section and this is what it looks like on a 27'' iMac, iPad and iPhone. What do you think? Any feedback is welcome ;)

I hope, that I can share more details with you soon.
In the meantime … keep rocking!
ja it's nice, I got another idea but don't know whether it is possible or not and whether you are using an API or plugin ....
But I love the way @Matthias Mentasti created his tumblr blog. http://mment.tumblr.com/ Because the images have a different size the order is always another. I think its grreat and maybe it is even possible with your instagram images.
@David: thanks for your input, and also thanks for sharing @Matthias Mentasti 's Tumblr … inspiring blog and photos :D The mouse over effect is really nice. I use a plugin for fetching my Instagram feed. My aim was, to keep the Instagram look and feel alive (awww, I love Instagram so much), especially when it comes to aspect ratios, shapes and croppings of images. Also my aim was, to create a mosaic of images resulting into a fullwidth photo gallery experience representing visual moments of my life.
