Thanks @Mark Collins. I was a little on the fence about showing too much color progress on this but @Rogie talked me into posting it. I hope to have it done in the next week or so so I can start on #2 of the series. Will be putting up a dedicated site (as soon as I find a name for it) to market these paintings.
@Jake Page Five in the first series. But I am putting a twist on these first five that may end up being a total of between 15 to 25 paintings. I'll be posting more about that when I figure out the logistics of it.
@Tom Chalky Thanks. I'm hoping the final will have the same impact. I've spent many hours refining technique to get this just the way I want it, which is not so realistic that it's like a photo but a few steps down where it's obvious it's a painting. May do a writeup on what I've ended up doing as my process.
@Greg Newman photo realistic paintings are boring, I think the style you got going on here man is so tasteful, I would personally be interested in a print man, so far oh so good
I'm with you @Tom Chalky. I love painting realistic but definitely don't ever want to take something to that freaky photo level. Thanks. This is good confirmation I'm on the right track. Appreciate it man.
Well. I didn't finish this weekend but made huge progress.
Almost finished the front end minus a few components.
A few more days it this will be ready to send to the printers.

shiny. :) how many are going into this series?

(and that "shiny" was an homage to Firefly, btw. to say that it's "cool".)

I've been looking for a seat like that to fit onto my Yamaha dragstar lol. Stunning so far Greg, real character, and such a beauty of a bike.
