Once got a message from Photoshop saying that it couldn't nest farther than I wanted it to. That was a very sad day.

Wow, mine looks similar sans, layer labeling. I just label my groups. That and I'm in Fireworks.

Might be a good thing, I have a theory that nesting folders is what causes photoshop to go slow and then crash, as opposed to just number of layers. Still, must be done..

What I love is that you are now OCD about this — I can remember the days I had to whip you over the head repeatedly for not naming/organizing your layers :P
