Daryl, that looks nice, especially gradient on the progress bar. But what do buttons "Cancel", "Done" and "X" do? Does Cancel stop all the uploadings? Does "X" do the same, or just closes the window? What about "Done", it's not clear what it does at all. If it closes the window and proceed uploads in background it would better called "Close" or "Hide".
Also trash icon removes uploaded file from the server of just from the list? If the first, how to clean the list (and the whole list) not to see all of the files ever uploaded?
PS "|" is usually unnecessary between buttons ("Cancel" and "Done").

'x' - Would simply hide the modal.
'cancel' - Cancel/Delete all uploads.
'trash' - Delete selected upload.
The reason for the '|' separator is to help prevent the accidental clicking of Cancel.
On another note, while this may not be that relevant, I actually only made this one for fun, it has no place in any current projects of mine ;)
But yeah, i'm glad you took the time to really dig into the UX side of things.

Did this man :) But IMHO the Done button better has the same width for better visual weight, because to me the cancel button attract more even the done button has stronger color.

Regarding the issue of a missclick, an obvious workaround would be to split the buttons apart like this:

The original structure is a bit more out of the box though, while this comes off as a bit traditional (it does feel a bit more calm, though). In terms of UX it might be a better choice. Although I suppose you'd have to be a parkinson victim in order to really be influenced by it. :-)

@Mads Ejsing Had that structure originally, I don't think it was that appealing mainly due to the tightness of the spacing so I opted with center.

So I hate to do this type of stuff sometimes, since I really do like this. But 2 things about this were bothering me (contrary to the "cancel" button dilemma, I actually don't mind it).
I think you should align all the buttons. It is just strange otherwise and really disrupts flow.
In terms of UX, I think the 'X' button (top right) should be MUCH smaller. It is too inviting :) It is very pretty but, its too big and confuses the issue of playback like some users might have mentioned.
Anyways I think this is really pretty and is very cool. While I understand you did it for fun, just thought I would drop a few cents. The load bar is really fantastic.
