Great job, I love Fender amps ;).
But I think you have to work on the perspective. Looks a little distorted to me. There's no real vanishing point. The cabinet should be narrower in the background than in the foreground.

@Cristoph: the lack of accurate perspective is an artistic license when it comes to iOS icons.
Your point is right, but iOS icons must fill the whole shape, thus making it impossible to distort some areas - even when they should. :)
