Good looking, but can be easily associated with burned palm and I think it has little alert message in its symbolism - risen hand - stop sign.

Maybe it was intended, I am not sure. Anyways I like previous guiding torch concept very much.

This really caught my eye man, really smart and well crafted. Maybe the symbolism could be misinterpreted, as Jan has said, but as a mark it's really beautiful.

The mark is beautiful. I like the hand concept, but maybe a different position? How about a softly pointing hand w/ that fire symbol? Like an "ushering" gesture.

This one looks really good as well, I absolutely love the shapes and curves (especially on the flame/fire). I too like Inka's suggestion - I think something that suggests guidance/leading more would be really interesting to look at, as this does have a bit of a 'stop' connotation to it.

Thanks for the positive response everybody!! Looks like there are some legit concerns with what this image could represent as mentioned by @Jan Zabransky I like the suggestion by @Inka Mathew I think that will clear the confusion :)
