Looks really clean. However, I have one suggestion. Why not make the inactive menu items at the top a darker gray than the active one? With the shading on the sides of the "Assistance" tab, you're already implying that the surface is going down. Doesn't make sense to have the inactive tabs black. If they are simply further back into the leather, a darker gray would make more sense (for the sake of realism). I know that sorta messes with the whole black/white theme you've got going on here, but just a suggestion.
