The concept behind this one is simply amazing, @David.
I just think you could simplify the mark a bit reducing the squares numbers. Just about to get a better balance between mark and type.
For the symbol, wondering if you might want to work from the bluer end of the spectrum towards red? Only mention this b.c cooler colors recede, so having the warmer red closer to the type would help to pull the eye from left to right. Just a thought.

Yeah David, I like this. But, have you tried some font typography? Your letter is good, but this can be better with other choices. What about it?
