I'm still alive and had little time tonight to work on this neglected step child of mine. This is where you get to see all the beautiful colors in a list view.
ANY feedback is more than welcome, no hurt feelings. Keep in mind nothing is set in stone and this still is a pretty early stage design.
You might wanna follow me or Nick if you have any questions.
@Benjamin yes, it's a bit low. Although, I'm designing on the device and so far it's been okay. But again, it's pretty dark in the room, I have my brightness set to 100% and I'm the one designing so I know where everything is. I usually check it out indoors, outdoors, on public transit, walking, etc. to see if everything is readable. We shall see.
I really like the minamilistic approach. The icons look clear yet not shiny or annoying. When up close I wonder if a little noise could be added for a little texture - take a look at the background of this page - its not flat, but uses a little noise. For me it's question of a little depth. But all in all it's great. Love it.
Looks good, I would suggest changing the color of the progress bar over the wood background to a dark brown. Seems like it'd be more consistent with the icon treatment up there.

Looks nice but the contrast might be a bit low on the real device.

It looks great! If I'd point out anything it would be the contrast as @Benjamin De Cock mentioned - text and icons.

Looks good, my only concern is the contrast. I rarely have my screen brightness at anything more than 50% ;)

Dang man, I love those buttons. I mean, to the point of it being awkward...

What is the progress bar for exactly?

This looks really cool but I don't understand the large circle. I think it obscures an otherwise really nice looking bit of UI work.
