    the two pieces look great, but they seem disconnected. I think it's the block surrounding the calendar. maybe try extending that around the task list as well. That, and/or add the date to the task list.

    You may also want to think about different states for the days on the calendar. What would a day look like with tasks due vs a day without any tasks..?

    Edit: I didn't see the previous version(s) with the date above this section, so nm on that first part :)
