Callout banner

A snag from the callout banner from the upcoming (and much procrastinated) redesign of FotoJournal. The current site was built in ~3 hours and has remained that way for almost 2 years. Despite this, it's done reasonably well, so we're excited to see what happens with a decent site in place.
