I'm digging the look and feel of this. It's hard to make wood grain look good in a design. Granted, this is just a 400x300, but it looks great.
Just a few suggestions:
1) I would try to make the pattern overlaying the "Catálogo" section a little tighter with a little less opacity. Currently, it feels a little misplaced and unnecessary. You could also try a true background texture.
2) I would bump up the opacity on the bottom shadow of the whole noticias - catálogo - faq bar as the wood grain below is a little darker and it's harder to see. I'm pretty sure you're intending for your global light to be coming from 180° but it currently looks like 220°ish.
I hope I'm not being ignorant by posting this in english. :)

Thanks Chandler!
The pattern is just horrible, theres going to be a texture there when I finish the work : )
The thing with the shadow is that the wood grain is not darker in the whole width, but I understand your point.
Thank you very much! And excuse my english : )
