   I would lose the shadow on the bar of the "t". I think it's only the shadow that's making it a little weird.

    Nice Work! The crossbar of the t bothers me as well and as Chris pointed out, the lightsource on the a is off - but it didn't immediately jump out at me.

    H-O-T-T there's something playing tricks with my eyes when I compare the bottom shadows on the letters "a" and "c" when compared to the letters "t" and "u."

    Stunning! On the 't', maybe where the bar meets the stem, the diagonal line could be curved in a bit (to match the top end of the 'c'?)? Not technically accurate, but might keep with the flow. If that makes any sense?
