Great blog. I feel your pain. I remember my first acid reflux related trip to the ER. Like you, I thought I was having a heart attack. I was 26 at the time. It's extraordinary what a change in diet and lifestyle can do for you.

thanks for all the support guys. the goal with this site was to simply get out information as quickly as possible and set up a site that could be fully searchable and seo friendly to hit the masses. im hoping to reach a lot of people with these things that helped me get through a hard time in my life.

dany, the bg image actually will be changing for the time of day with different surf/beach scenes. so when it's sunset, you'll see this sunset image that is there now.
