@Benjamin De Cock, I hardly use FW though. I used to, a lot, in the mid/end 90ies :) Now I only use it for slicing newsletters and I sometimes use FW also for web site prototyping, to create some sort of PDF click dummy for the client.
Here, I sliced the header and footer. The rest I coded in DreamWeaver the very oldschool way. The design is created in Photoshop.
