I uses after effects cs5.5 (which doesn't have the toption to render gifs) and save it as a .mov then open it in psd, and save it for as a gif in there.

Haha, that's great!
The only thing I would definitely change is the easing of the first two elements when they scale back down after appearing. It's too hard/fast.
