    @Timothy Whalin I highly recommend reading Jon Hicks book: http://www.fivesimplesteps.com/products/the-icon-handbook

    Also, do some competitive analysis – there are a handful of really good icon sets out there.

    i think the geomicons are possibly the only icon set i'd actually buy...these are perfect. you know theres always 1 or 2 in a set you dont like, not the case this time.
