Something I did a while back - it's an extension of the popular Options Framework for WordPress by Devin Price.
I've added some cool options including drag 'n drop slides option, drag 'n drop layout manager, backup/restore restore options, background patterns and styled it to look as native as possible to WordPress backend.
I called it the Slightly Modded Options Framework, for lack of better words. Feel free to use and abuse. :D
