While I love the retro looking ribbons + texture, I'm not so fond of the font you used on the ribbons. It is too bold and it feels more like it is floating above rather than being a part of the ribbons.
The font on the top, hower, I love :D
Also, the lower left corner of the background texture is too dark for my liking, I would smooth it out to be more like the right side...
