   Not sure about the ribbon, what's the reasoning behind it not being symmetrical? It feels like it should either wrap around the circle or just sit nicely on top, with both sides folding the same direction.

   Also, I'd try moving the stars around. Perhaps scoot them closer in, and make the circle a bit smaller. There's a lot of negative space that feels unplanned.

   And lastly, I'd try shaping the word "collective" to match the curve of the ribbon.
