Potential logo for Two Rivers Church in Colorado. Not sure on colors yet... Hard to make it look good when it's not reversed out of a darker color. Also tends to skew 70s with the thicker lines. However, I like the balance and connectivity. Open to any thoughts.
Unfortunately, two rivers read as 4 rivers, or one river and a lake and a pond, etc. My visual brain has to engage too much to make sense that there are two water sources overlapping each other.
I agree with Joshua. I like the tone, too, but there's no reason to think those are two rivers. Could be an easy fix though — the bottom line of the far right river becomes the top line of the far left river, it would probably help if the bank of the river stayed the same.
This is looking so great. I see two rivers as well. And take this suggestion for what its worth... The longer river stroke to the right could be bumped down and to the right a tad to reveal the blue in between. I think that would make the overlapping of rivers more clear... Great lookin' mark.

I think this is fantastic. Two "rivers" branching from two of the three mountains. Done. Love it.
I'd go to this church.

I disagree with Joshua—I actually saw this as two rivers before hovering over and reading the shot title.
Reminds me of something Draplin would enthusiastically curse about on his blog. Maybe he could help sort through your reversed-out woes.

I see two rivers. I don't see the thick lines as a problem, if the typography is modern I don't think it would feel 70's. Nice mark!

Two rivers or four rivers? I'll just get them to change the name... Many Rivers Church? Some Rivers Church?
Great thoughts, everyone. I'll explore this a little more.
