The name of the practice is much more noticeable/identifiable when it's colour is more contrasting (rather than the tree. Perhaps the name in teal and the "dental practice" and tree in the more subdued colours - same as the previous shot, but with the teal..
Unfortunately the tree isn't something I can lose, though I appreciate what you're saying about suffering at smaller sizes. Having said that, I may try and simplify it. Regarding colours; thanks and try it. Certainly not convinced on the colours so far.
