Spent most of the day working on the site redesign of a local pub. They want to go with a rugged, old timey feel. Still has a ways to go, but I'm pretty happy with what I've got so far. What do you think?
for an early stage shot, it's looking pretty good.
I'm interested to see how it all plays out with content in it though, because without content, it's kinda crazy heavy on the wood. It's really nice wood, and it's laid out well. But, it's just a lot!
The plan is to have images in the slider frame at the top which will reduce the overall amount of wood being displayed. Still waiting on the product photography from the client, so hopefully when I get them and add them to the design, the wood won't be so overwhelming. Thanks for the feedback Scott!
Next phase in the redesign of the Mortimer's Cafe & Pub website. Still has a ways to go, but I'm happy with the direction so far. Here's a larger version.
