    I can't tell what blue means. Does it mean I get notified? Or not notified?

    Also the title is a few pixels too high. Other than that, nice CSS3.

    I see your point. Will adding the ON/OFF text in the switch sound more logical?

    In the above shot, blue means you get notified. Grey means you don't.
