Tetra dial and on-call

The first take on a simple dial and on-call screens for Tetra. We ended up adding a proper Contacts section afterwards and changing the menu logic as well. The on-call screen also contains a button for marking whatever was just said as a highlight.

Tetra is an artificial intelligence note taker for your business calls which lets you focus on conversation instead of writing everything down.
