With Richard on this - the type is gorgeous but doesn't really look really Art Nouveau to me. Apart from the hand-drawn lettering of Mucha, Guimard, Giraldon and Lautrec there were a couple of fonts designed at the time you could use as reference - Bellery-Desfontaines http://luc.devroye.org/50675.html and Auriol http://www.identifont.com/show?F4
