This looks great. One minor comment - shouldn't the heavier grid lines of the torn pages line up a little closer with the the heavier lines on the full page?
I love the hard contrast between the leather binding and the calc paper. One thing I'd like to see is tear a little more ragged. I think it would add a lot more polish to the piece. Totally just me and a very subjective suggestion.

This is gorgeous, love the effect of the paper rip. Not sure about the stitching though, it seems a little off to me.
