Creative Director Wanted

STS is on the hunt for a conceptually-led, design-oriented Creative Director to mentor, wrangle, and lead our creative digital team. We’re looking for someone who eats, breathes and sleeps design and can play nicely with copywriters, UX designers, our development team, and internal and external project/account managers. Potential candidates must be:
Collaborative
Able and willing to mentor junior talent
Ready to build trusting relationships with current and potential clients
Serve as creative lead on all phases of digital work
Comfortable overseeing Strategy, UX and design phases
Confident with assisting in business efforts and new business leads

Potential candidates must have:
5+ years of experience in a creative design leadership role
Solid knowledge of interactive design trends while maintaining best practices
Experience managing creative development with proven mentoring, supervisory and team-building skills
The ability to present both positive and negative feedback loops
Top-notch presentation skills
The ability to build trusting relationships both internally and with clients
A laid-back yet ‘get-shit-done’ attitude
