My first ever attempt at illustration, trying to create one for every song from the album, "Alien Lanes."
The song is basically about how much cooler having a rad knife is than having a girlfriend.

Thanks guys! Linda, the only non-real thing is the knife, which I made from scratch essentially. The polaroid is from Found Magazine, and the sheets are a pic I took of my own dumb bed.

Trevor is is really well done. The textures are awesome. It has a realistic feel to it, but still looks illustrated. Not even sure if that makes sense.

Bob, that was the idea for this one - I combined illustrated elements (the knife) with real ones (the sheets and the photograph). Glad you think it came out well!
