Thanks everyone and @bobcase nailed the pens: Most of this was done w/a .35 with some detail finishing done w/.25.
I picked up a set of Rapidiograph technical pens a few months ago. Used to have a couple but found a good deal on the entire set so grabbed it. They're finicky tools but I dig the output and they're refillable.
