Agree with Simon, I think it looks a bit dark and inconsistent (regarding the style of the metal + leather + lens + glass + stripes in the background). I really like the different elemets individually though!

Never have much criticism for you Jeff, you do fantastic work. However, I have to agree with statements above, the whole thing seems a bit cluttered and messy. It's a bit dark, I don't feel like the elements all POP the way they should. I love the use of color, but the color would be better if the rest of the icon showed it off better.

Thanks for the positive feedback! I made some minor tweaks. Against the light Dribbble page this looks really dark, but when on a black background it looks about right.
