Uriel, I like the icon but I think that the border of the paper feels more cartoonish than realistic. It might be because of the solid border the top sheets of paper have (the border is solid with no type of shadowing or highlights) I hope I make sense :)
I really love this, the chunkiness of it and the weight of the elements. I do think the main problem has to do with perspective, which is what might be causing the cartoony look herson is talking about

Looks better than previous one, but I personally prefer the toyish look of the previous pencil :) Good job

Compare to other app icons -
Leather shouldn't have a linear gradient, or curve inwards as current gradient implies.
Dock supplies shadow cast by pad - shouldn't be in the desktop icon.
Pad looks to be hovering above wood - should be sitting on it.
Compare pencil to other apps. CSSEdit, etc. Emulate that style, or at least proportions. Most apps follow the proportions at least.
Pencil should have similar perspective to pad, or vice versa. IDeas are codependent, so should appear together rather than as separate tools.
