This is a simple color pallet that has vector color bars with multiple sets of percentages of white added to the layers above them.
I find this type of pallet helps me quickly find the right subtle colors to go with the main branding colors. The psd has multiple sets of percentages to choose from as well as folders set to overlay and soft light to get that certain color combo you need.
Simply click on the vector colors and change your pallet each time you start a project. Drop it into your new project as a folder and drag it around for easy access.
Special thanks to Ben Dalrymple of http://www.losttype.com for the font Arvil Sans. Please download the psd file for your UI designing use here: http://tiny.cc/z940m Happy Designing!
I'm looking forward to trying this out. (It's so well designed). Seems like create an entirely new palette system for each project. Would be nice to formalize my method. Thanks so much for sharing this!

psshh! of course I've thought of making this a PSD template instead of recreating it on every project!
