    Like it but the responses would be easier to read if they all had a common horizontal start point, you could try moving the response author name to help achieve that. :)

    I would normally agree with you, but these are collapsed conversations (e.g. click and a whole thread slides out), and the goal is to get as much of a "preview" of the last comment as possible, so I _think_ it makes sense to keep it this way.
