Brewed Sierra Pale Ale in Nashua @ Incredibrew a month ago. Just last night it was ready to bottle and drink. I even mocked up my own "Forest Grown" label for the bottle so it doesn't look so naked in my fridge. The bottom area is intended for a sharpie to mark the date it was bottled and write who's been drinking it (once opened).
@ Brenton - Thanks man, me too.
@ Mike - Incredibrew is a DIY brewery where you show up with a fist full of dreams + 1.5 hours of free-time and you leave with delicious handmade beer. Here is their site: http://www.incredibrew.com/
I don't know why there aren't more of these kinds of places.
That's awesome. Nashua huh? I will have to give it a try! Love the look of the label. It would do really well with White Birch Brewery. They are in need of some branding.
@ Jonathan - Thanks man! Yeah, not too far but still you would think there would be something similar near Portsmouth. I will need to taste test some of that White Birch Brewery Beer :)
Yeah very true. There definintely needs to be a local place, but there is a shop in Dover for making your own at home. I am actually going to try to start my own home brew.
I think doing some market research is very important. You might want to test the market for pretzels and football at the same time...
Sweet. I forgot about the jerky. I would love to buy some from you. I have seen and loved your posts for the packaging. You don't happen to have dogs do you? My wife and I make all-natural and organic dog treats. I would even trade.
@Jonathan - Unfortunately I don't have a dog but will give you a shout out when I make a new batch!
@Jeremy - The place I brewed the beer has blank label sheets with adhesive already on the backs. They suck because after sweating for 10 minutes on your kitchen table, the label gets saturated and begins to separate from the bottle.
I can finally comment on this now that I am a player. One of my favorite labels from that batch we brewed together. I also like how you enhanced the colors in this shot.

@ Jonathan - Home brew sounds cool! Funny you mention pretzels... I make a pretty mean beef jerky.

Awesome. How did you attach the label? I've been experimenting with a few different ways but don't think I've found the right way yet...
