Great Illustrations dude :) Do you hand draw them, or are they 100% digital?

This one was 100% digital. I had a real map underneath. Usually I sketch out something super, super rough in my sketch book, take a photo with Photo Booth, then redraw it 20 times in photoshop.
The water color and ink effects are all photoshop. I plan on doing a video tutorial to show my process.
