Trying to make the mountains more like mountains/iceberg/ice rather than pyramids. Feedbacks?

I wonder if would achieve the look you're after if with the far border of the mountain/pyramid/iceberg lightly roughened up as well?

Good advice, Jordan, thanks. I'm already trying.
The fact is that I want to keep a sort of unnatural perfect and geometric shape.

I'm looking forward to seeing some more on this project. It caught my eye yesterday on Dribbble as well. Interested to see where you head with it.

Maybe consider a small snow-cap on them and increase the shadow the big mountain casts on the small mountain to create more depth.

Right now, if you remove everything but the circle and mountain shapes, I'm not sure it would read well as mountains. A lot of what is communicating the idea of 'Antartico' is the grunge effects and white/light grey color palette.

Don't get me wrong, I love the look of the effects and I think in the end you should keep them, but they can sometimes be distracting when you're trying to get your forms perfect.

This is great! And I agree with Erik, that maybe a small snow cap or roughen the edges of the mountain a bit, like a real mountain! Other than that looks great!

Thanks for the feedbacks, Erik and Sara.
The fact is that I don't want to add too much particulars, because I 'd like to keep the shapes a sort of intersection between reality and minimal illustration.

From my point of view the shapes don't need to be recognize necessarily as mountains. The pictogram is half realistic, half pure geometric lines.
