Looks suspiciously like a cross between NowPlayer and Audium

    (both dev's are Dribbble members)

@Mic so every other music apps is copies? because Audium don't have anything unique and NowPlayer have only little close controls, but if you do UX, you ll know, that this is thing, that can do anyone when sketching wireframes.

why are there a play- and a pause-button directly among themselves? sense?

@Jonas There is a tab bar connected to this, so that "play" button you see is a part of navigation :)

hm ... double press @ home button isn't enough to control the app's play behaviour? or should the user expect more of this tab par?

@Charlie Whilst I don't quite understand your entire response, what I was referring to is that Audium has a very similar album scroller (even down to the number of albums being shown) and the shot I linked to of NowPlayer has an almost identical control area albeit slightly rearranged in terms of order.

I was also referring to the fact that both developers of these respective apps are on Dribbble and have documented their design.

No, not every other music app are copies. Many (including the two highlighted) have their own unique take on UI design based on their individual concepts.

@Mic Honestly, I don't see Audium before, I like NowPlayer, but don't see any similarity instead of colors (close), maybe your problem is, that you are designer of Audium, but sorry, never see this app and never heard about it before.

@Jonas there is also option to buy new music and review your profile.

I don't really know how the app works, what I know is that I hate knowing what's coming after the current song when I play in shuffle mode. Ruins all the fun.
I like the UI, it's sleek. But I would never use this app for the reason I just mentioned :P

@Baldoph So maybe I have a great news for you, because that song "upcoming" is not what will be played, same as Grooveshark, you have plenty of songs there and you see what coming next, then you push to shuffle and it slides 50 songs forward or backward in queue :)
