Earlier this year I worked with a company developing a new app called Dwell. Their mission is to reimagine the Bible-listening experience.

The Bible passage used to drive this concept was Colossians 3:16: "Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly..."

For me and the Dwell team, that translated to letting the Word dwell in your heart. From there it was a matter of combining that icon, which can come across clichéd, with something that depicted the audio or sound component of the app.

It was a lot of work and rounds of concepting before getting to this finished state and am excited to show more of that exploration soon.
