Well, I saw a kiwi slice right away. Then, based on Prekesh's comment, I started to see the contained explosion. I looked at the attachment, and, if the image is also supposed to be a contained explosion, I think I get the association, but I'm not positive. I won't mention what I think it means, since it seems like you want people to study this shot first and THEN look at the attachment for meaning.
Now, if the obvious image here is supposed to be a kiwi slice, I might ask, "Why a kiwi slice?" It's very cool, and is definitely a different fruit than one usually expects from logos that depict fruits, but is there some specific reason you chose that particular fruit.
At any rate, I think the icon is beautifully rendered. The type lockup is a little plain in comparison, but it looks like a government or non-profit program, and those types typically don't go for super-creative type executions. So the simple type you have may be ok for this purpose.

My associations of this:
kiwi, explosion, emotions, fresh, and the rising spray.
I am with the horizontal version of this.
Sign looks great, Breno. And I think that it is suitable for the name of project. Because all of the associations that I have when viewing, exactly anti obesity :)
